Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Total Floor. We aim to get your items to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below to ensure a smooth delivery process.

1. Delivery Areas & Exclusions

At this time, we only ship to Mainland UK standard areas.

  • Excluded Zones: We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or Offshore Islands.

  • If you are unsure if your postcode falls within our delivery zone, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

  • Standard Delivery: Our typical shipping window is 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the specific items in your cart.

  • Free Shipping: Look out for items marked with "Free Delivery" eligibility!

3. Important: Palatalized Curbside Delivery

Many of our items are large or heavy and will arrive via a pallet delivery service. It is vital that you understand the following:

  • Curbside Only: Delivery is strictly curbside. This means the driver will drop the pallet at the nearest safe point to your property (usually the kerb or driveway).

  • Driver Responsibility: Drivers are not responsible for moving items into your home, backyard, or upstairs. While some drivers may assist further out of good nature, this is entirely at their discretion and should not be expected.

  • Customer Liability: Once the pallet is dropped at the curbside, the responsibility for moving the goods into the property rests solely with the customer.

4. Delivery Acceptance

  • Liability: You (or a designated adult) must be present to accept the delivery.

  • Access: Please ensure your delivery location is accessible for a large delivery vehicle. If a delivery fails because of restricted access or because no one was home to sign for it, you may be liable for re-delivery charges.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your goods upon arrival before signing the delivery note.
